Further, we have negotiated aggressive discounts with key materials suppliers that we often find no other machine shops of our size can match. Couple this with our massive inventory of materials on-hand, and the depth and breadth of its robustness, and we gain a further leg-up on our competition.

We proudly offer open channels of communication, with no voicemail system. This means that you get the answers you need in real-time - from a real person - utilizing our custom-designed, in-house job tracking, logistics system.

Ninety-nine percent of quotes received are returned same-day - many within the hour of receipt. And with Sugar River Machine, there are no minumum charges to be concerned about because we go to great lengths to 'batch' jobs internally, thereby amortizing the costs for all of our clients.
